1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
For EU customers, an additional 14-day cooling-off period applies under EU consumer law (see Section 9).
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn, in original condition, with all accessories intact.

In the original packaging, including lash trays, tools, and manuals.

Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important: Due to the nature of beauty and eye-related products, items showing any signs of use (e.g., makeup residue, lash glue, bent magnets) may be refused or partially refunded.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Magnetic eyelashes or beauty tools that show signs of use

Personal care, hygiene, or eye-contact items

Gift cards, store credits, or digital downloads

Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or special bundle promotions (e.g., Buy 2, Get 1 Free)
4. How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
To initiate a return, email hello@magiclashez.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you want to return

The reason for return
-
Photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged
Once approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide the correct warehouse return address.
⚠️ Do NOT send returns to the administrative office address — they will be rejected.
5. Shipping & Return Costs

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, MagicLashež covers the full return shipping cost.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or untrackable returns.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact hello@magiclashez.com within 7 days if:

your item is damaged,

defective,
-
or you received the wrong item.
Include clear photos or a short video.
If confirmed, we will send a free replacement or a full refund — no extra cost.
Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling is not covered.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please:

Complete a return using Section 4.

Place a new order for the desired product.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Banks or card issuers may require additional processing time.
If 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, contact us.
9. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order — no justification required.
Items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
10. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse
MagicLashež reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or replacements in cases of:

Evidence of use, tampering, or wear

Excessive or abusive return behavior

Missing components or damaged packaging

Conflicting or unverifiable claims
11. Carrier & Customs Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Customs inspections

Weather, strikes, holidays, or any force-majeure events
