Returns
You may return unused and unopened items (including the original box/packaging) within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, email us at hello@magiclashez.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please return items in original packaging and mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
For non-quality related returns (change of mind / wrong item ordered), a 20% restocking & handling fee will be deducted from your refund to maintain hygiene standards.

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days to process.
